Xucong is the vice-president of department of propagation, NEUQ student union (2022 to now). He designed virtual characters of NEUQ, whose are 秦小小(Qin Xiaoxiao) and 秦小东(Qin Xiaodong).

Xucong takes part in activities like Qiangguo Learning and thrift for children in the mountains.

Xucong have 17-hour monthly volunteer time.
